How billing works
- Events with up to 20 guests are free, with no time limit.
- Payment is one-time, per event. There is no subscription or monthly fee.
- If the event grows after you pay, you only pay the difference to the larger plan.
- Payment is by Pix or credit card, in Brazilian reais.
- Guests never pay to reply and do not need an account.
Pricing questions
- Does Konvity have a monthly fee or subscription?
- No. You pay once per event, according to the number of guests. Events with up to 20 guests pay nothing.
- What counts as a guest?
- People. A guest who brings two companions takes three places of the plan's limit.
- What if my event grows after I pay?
- You move to a larger plan and pay only the difference between the two.
- What happens if more people reply than the plan allows?
- Replies keep being recorded. Those beyond the limit stay hidden until you move to a larger plan.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Pix or credit card. The amount is charged in Brazilian reais.
- Do guests pay anything?
- No. Replying is free for guests and needs no sign-up.
