1. Acceptance
These terms govern the use of Konvity (konvity.com.br), a service operated by Techlab Soluções Digitais Ltda., CNPJ 57.243.879/0001-10. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Konvity lets you create online invitations, share them by link or QR code and follow the RSVPs. Additional features include named invitations, a gift list, payment receipts and notifications for the host.
The host is the person who creates the account and the event. The guest replies to the invitation without creating an account.
3. Account
To create events you must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done in your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Plans and payment
- Each event is free for up to 20 people, counting guests and their companions.
- Above that limit, the host buys a guest bracket for the event with a single payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- Add-ons, such as the gift list, required receipts and notifications, are bought per event.
- The prices in force are those shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is made by Pix or card, through third-party payment processors.
- When an event's replies exceed the purchased limit, the extra replies are still recorded but stay hidden from the host until the limit is raised.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 calendar days of payment, under art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, and receive the amount back. To do so, write to [email protected] naming the event.
After that period, refund requests are assessed case by case. A refund means losing the corresponding plan or add-on.
6. Gift list and contributions
On the gift list and on contributions, the guest sends the Pix directly to the key provided by the host. Konvity does not receive, hold or pass on that money, and charges no commission on it.
Konvity does not confirm whether a Pix was actually made. A recorded gift or receipt is information provided by the guest; it is up to the host to check the amounts received in their bank account.
The host is responsible for the Pix key and the instructions they provide. Disputes over amounts sent are to be settled between host and guest.
7. Host responsibilities
- The content of the invitation — text, images and event details — is your responsibility, and you declare that you have the right to use it.
- The photos you upload are public to anyone who has the invitation link. Only upload photos you have the right to use and, when other people appear in them, with their agreement — especially children and teenagers.
- In the shared album, each person is responsible for what they send, and the host is responsible for the album: it is up to the host to remove what should not be there. Only send photos and videos you have the right to share. The album has a time limit: everything is deleted 15 days after uploads close, and downloading the files before then is the host's responsibility.
- When you add or collect guest data, you act as the controller of that data and must have a legal basis for processing it. Konvity processes it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Use guest data only to organise the event.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use Konvity to:
- carry out illegal activity, fraud or deceptive collection of money;
- publish content that is offensive, discriminatory or infringes the rights of others;
- send spam or invitations to people unrelated to the event;
- try to access other users' data, bypass the service's limits or use automated means without permission;
- harm the operation or security of the service.
We may suspend or close accounts and remove events that breach these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Konvity brand, site, software and design belong to the operator of the service. The content you publish remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to show it to your guests and run the service.
10. Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and failures of third parties, such as payment, email or messaging providers, may cause downtime or delayed notifications.
Konvity is not a party to the event and is not liable for it taking place, being cancelled or for arrangements between host and guests. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount the host paid for the event in question. Nothing in these terms removes rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
11. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. Deletion removes your events and your guests' data, within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the site. Purchases already made follow the conditions in force on the purchase date.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Contact
